Injury Management
Business Situation

Employers are required to have procedures in place for monitoring employees' health and safety at work, including reporting of workplace accidents and incidents. This enables employers to identify trends, manage health and safety risks, and provide early support to affected employees. If an incident meets the notification criteria, employers must notify injuries regardless of whether a claim for compensation can be made.

Module Capabilities
Injury Management records occupational injuries which can be the result of an occupational Incident. The Injury Management module is separate from but loosely coupled with the Return To Work Management module. Injury Management is part of Incident Management and allows for reporting on:
  • Agency; Environmental Conditions, Mobile Plant and Equipment etc.
  • Bodily Location
  • Classification; FAI, MTI, LTI etc.
  • Frequency rates
  • Mechanism; Slip/Trip/Fall, Vehicle Incidents etc.
  • and more...

Like all other SCRIM modules, Injury Management provides for sending automated Injury notifications to Teams or Individuals
