|Security and Permissions
All SCRIM users have permission based security roles assigned which can be configured for Creating, Reading, Modifying, Deleting and/or sharing records. SCRIM has standard security roles for Superintendents, S&E Managers, Return To Work Coordinators and more. Security roles can be tailored to meet client specific requirements which is included in our SCRIM Essentials, Foundation and Enterprise service offerings. User Profiles are assigned for field based permissions in the modules and modules can be role based allowing for different form layouts depending on the user's security role.
Record and Field Auditing
Every SCRIM module has an Audit function which provides a detailed report of changes made to record fields and values. The Audit function keeps track of what was changed when and by who, previous values before changes and allows to roll changes back if required.
